PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated on March 7, 2023
This Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms of Service. As a result, we use the same terminology, and if you have any doubts regarding the definition or meaning of any word or term, you should consult our Terms of Service, which is a legal contract you are agreeing to by using this Site.
This Site is constructed such that you can visit us on the Internet without specifically identifying yourself or revealing any personal information; however, your access to the Site and the other Services may be limited, unless and until you become a registered user. As a condition of registration, you will be required to affirmatively agree to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, as well as provide us with your personally identifiable information (name, address, e-mail address, phone number, etc.). We will use the information for the primary purpose for which you are providing it, as well as any other purpose stated herein.
Our Terms of Service, including this Privacy Policy, is governed by Arizona law, regardless of any reference to laws or regulations of other states or countries herein. Such references to laws or regulations of other states or countries have only been included out of an abundance of caution in the event a court of competent jurisdiction determines they should apply.

Aside from your purchase/enrollment history with us, we only collect personally identifiable information (name, address, email address, and phone number) that we request from you, and that you voluntarily provide to us. Any payment or banking information collected for the purpose of processing payments for Services is collected by a third-party vendor and will be stored in accordance with that vendor’s policies and procedures. We may allow third parties, such as Google.com, to use your Non-Personal Information for marketing purposes and show you products and services in which you may have an interest. By registering with us, signing up to receive a free Service or course, or by purchasing any Services, you (1) are authorizing us to use your personally identifiable information to promote and market to you other products or Services related to subject matter we believe may be of interest to you, and (2) are authorizing us to use your personally identifiable information to provide the applicable Services, share your information with our third-party vendors when necessary to provide the applicable Services (such as PayPal for example), as well as send you notices, communications, updates, and offers.

7. Security
In an attempt to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We use data encryption technology to help protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your sensitive information. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which creates an encrypted connection between you and our systems for the transmission of any sensitive information you input online. Any unauthorized access to or use of our website or Services should be immediately brought to our attention by contacting us at insight[at]meddlers.com. We use “[at]” instead of “@” to prevent spam so we can actually see your message.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, despite our efforts to protect your information, Meddlers cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, or to or from our online products or Services. You transmit and receive all such information at your own risk. Meddlers PROVIDES ANY AND ALL SERVICES AND INFORMATION ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. 8. Additional Website Issues
(a) How Meddlers Uses Technology to Improve Your Meddlers Experience
Meddlers uses cookies and web beacons, described below, to collect information about the pages you view, the links you click and other actions you take on our Site. Additionally, we collect certain standard information your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring website addresses.
Most aggregate information is collected via cookies, web beacons and other technical methods. Web beacons, also known as clear gifs, in conjunction with cookies, are used to compile statistics about website usage. Web beacons are small pieces of data embedded in images on the pages of websites or applications. We or our service providers use these technical methods to analyze the traffic patterns on our website, such as the frequency with which our users visit various parts of the website and to measure site effectiveness or use of online products and services. We may also use Web beacons in HTML emails that we send our visitors who have agreed to receive emails from us, to determine whether our recipients have opened those emails and/or clicked on links in those emails. On their own, cookies or Web beacons do not contain or reveal any personally identifiable information. However, if you choose to furnish Meddlers with personally identifiable information, this information can be associated to the data stored in the cookies or Web beacons. These technical methods may involve the transmission of information either directly to us or to our service providers. You may render some Web beacons unusable by rejecting their associated cookies.
We also use cookies to store, and sometimes to track, user information. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us your email address or other personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide this information to us by, for example, registering or subscribing to our Site. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. A cookie contains a unique number that allows our website to recognize your computer. We use both temporary and persistent cookies; a temporary cookie tracks visitor activity during a session or visit and it expires when you close your browser. We use them to provide continuity for your visit as you visit website pages. Persistent cookies allow us to keep track of your user name and password (if you are a subscriber) so you do not have to re-enter that information each time you visit. The Help function on most browsers contains information on how to set your browser to notify you before accepting cookies or to disable cookies entirely. However, if you do not accept cookies, you will not be able to take advantage of various features on our website that are available to other visitors.
Meddlers wants to ensure you understand that accepting a cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any personal information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. We are aware many people have concerns about cookies; however, we believe the benefit we both gain from their proper use is worthwhile.
(b) Links to Third Party Websites
Links to third party websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links you will leave the Site. Meddlers has not comprehensively reviewed these third-party websites and does not control and is not responsible for any of these websites, their content or their privacy policies. Thus, Meddlers does not make any representations about them, or any information, software or other products or materials found there or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to our Site, you do this entirely at your own risk.
9. Enforcement; Contact Information
If you have any questions or comments regarding our privacy practices, please contact us at insight[at]meddlers.com. We use “[at]” instead of “@” to prevent spam so we can actually see your message. This policy is part of our Terms of Service, which disclaims any and all warranties and representations. You should carefully review our Terms of Service before using Site or any other Service we may offer.
10. Age Requirement
Persons who are under 18 years old may not register with the Site, use any Services offered by or through the Site that require personal information as a condition of use, or provide any information to us.
11. Changes to this Statement
If there are updates to this Privacy Policy, we will post the revision date above.
12. Your Right to Opt-Out
If you wish to opt-out and revoke the consent you have provided to us by accessing the Site or using any other Services, you must email us at insight[at]meddlers.com. We use “[at]” instead of “@” to prevent spam so we can actually see your message. Once we receive your email, we will attempt to remove your information from circulation in our systems and archive your information for safekeeping (in case of litigation or the like) delete whatever you may have provided us; however, please be aware that you will be denied access from accessing the Site or using any other Services in the future to help ensure that we do not use your information.
13. California Residents
To access a detailed California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) policy refer to the separate CCPA policy https://meddlers.com/ccpa where we notify you of your rights and our obligations under the amended CCPA.
14. European Union Individuals
As someone who resides in the European Union, you may be entitled to exercise certain rights that you are given under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Any information or data that you choose to provide us will be kept with Meddlers until one of these happens: (1) you ask Meddlers to DELETE the information and/or data, (2) Meddlers decides to STOP USING the existing data processors, or (3) Meddlers decides that the cost of retaining the data outweighs the value in retaining it.
As a person who is located in the European Union region, you may have the right to request access to the data that Meddlers collected about you and stores. Keep in mind that some parts of this data were provided by you personally, while others were gathered through cookies and pixels.
You may have the right to withdraw consent to the data that you previously gave us to collect and process. The right to withdraw consent applies to any future processing of that data. However, any data that has been collected and processed previously based on valid consent is lawful and not subject to liability based on any legal grounds.
You may also have the right to request the erasure of your data and all your information from Meddlers’ data storage. Once you request that your data be erased from Meddlers’ databases, we have thirty (30) days to comply with your request. If it’s impossible to comply within 30 days, then we will respond to your request, let you know about the issue and give you a reasonable time as to when your request for deletion will be honored.
Aside from rights such as a request to access, request to delete, and rectify, an EU user may also have the right to place restrictions on the data processing itself. This means you may be able to limit certain things that Meddlers can and cannot do with your data. You can choose to limit the transfer of your data to third-party businesses, unless it’s essential for Meddlers’ basic functions. However, we do not transfer your personal information to third parties unless it’s essential.
You may also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority that oversees and handles issues related to the GDPR.
Lastly, we only require information that is reasonably necessary to perform our Agreement with you. We do not collect any unnecessary data, and any information we acquire is used for legitimate business purposes, such as growing and scaling our business or being able to provide satisfactory customer service to you and other users.
